It began with a calling — and a friendship.
In Israel, Donovan Olding met Greg Stier, founder of Dare 2 Share Ministries. That meeting birthed a partnership grounded in friendship, faith, and a shared burden for teens to know and share Jesus.
Later, at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Donovan heard Greg connect Gospel urgency to the Great Chicago Fire — and something ignited: “I get the DNA, bru!”
That spark became Go Live Dare — officially launched in 2015 in South Africa to equip leaders, mobilize teens, and Gospelize nations.
Since then, through the hospitality of churches across the nation — Urban Life, Rosebank Union, Every Nation (N1 City, Rosebank, Retreat, Hout Bay), Assemblies of God (KwaThema and Amanzimtoti), God First Church, Renew Church, Norwegian Settlers Church, and South City Church — we have trained and equipped thousands of students who now carry the Gospel flame into their schools and cities.

Go Live Dare is guided by a team of local leaders, long-time friends, and trusted business professionals who bring both ministry passion and marketplace wisdom to the movement. Our board provides oversight for financial accountability, organizational integrity, and strategic growth as we continue expanding Gospel influence across Africa and beyond.
Each board member has walked closely with our founder, Donovan Olding, for many years — pastors, entrepreneurs, and ministry friends who believe deeply in the Gospel Advancing vision. Donovan also serves as one of The Revolutionaries — a group of 12 strategic leaders globally mentored by Greg Stier, founder of Dare 2 Share Ministries.
Greg shared this on Donovan’s 49th birthday: “Happy birthday to one of the most determined, gospel-focused men I know. Love you, bru.”
This personal investment and long-term relationship reflects the spirit of collaboration that fuels Go Live Dare — relational, authentic, and laser-focused on the mission.
Over the past decade, Go Live Dare has trained and equipped thousands of students and leaders across Africa and Europe. Through events, partnerships, and training initiatives, we’ve seen Gospel movements rise in: South Africa, Zambia, Rwanda, Mozambique, Namibia, Ivory Coast, Benin, The Gambia, Italy, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, France, and Lithuania.
As we look toward the next decade, we are actively building relationships across the Scandinavian nations — partnering with local churches and leaders to see Gospel Advancing youth movements ignite across the continent.
