Be the Few is a strategic continental leadership summit focused on equipping, mobilising, and connecting Gospel Advancing leaders from across Africa.

The summit will gather key youth ministry leaders, movement builders, evangelists, and national representatives from across Africa who are committed to building Gospel Advancing movements focused on reaching every teen, everywhere, with the Gospel.

Be the Few exists to strengthen and accelerate a united continental strategy focused on equipping leaders and mobilising teenagers to live out the mission of Jesus within their schools, churches, cities, and nations.

At the centre of the movement is our Gospel Advancing DNA — anchored in one shared vision, seven core values, and five core truths that shape how we lead, disciple, equip, and multiply across Africa.

Through leadership development, strategic collaboration, evangelism training, prayer, activation, and multiplication initiatives, the summit is designed to help leaders build sustainable Gospel Advancing ecosystems that raise teenagers who are confident in sharing their faith and actively engaged in advancing the Gospel across the continent.

This is not simply a conference, but part of a larger long-term movement focused on strengthening leadership ecosystems across Africa through ongoing training, communication, activation, and collaboration.

An important part of the summit experience will include leaders participating in and observing our LTC (Lead The Cause) Friday and Saturday Teen Activation gatherings, where teenagers are trained, activated, and mobilised in real-time Gospel conversations and outreach environments. This is a key expression of the Gospel Advancing model in action.
