Go Live Dare was born out of a divine encounter – from the dusty streets of Johannesburg to the place where Jesus did life and ministry (Israel) leading on to the streets of Chicago where Donovan (Founder of Go Live Dare) first heard Greg Stier (Founder of Dare2Share) speak at Moody Bible Institute about Gospel urgency, D.L. Moody and the Great Chicago Fire.
Being there in that moment, something ignited inside of Donovan, a conviction that he had found the DNA of a Gospel Advancing Movement. That spark became a call … to raise a generation across Africa and beyond who would live the Gospel and multiply disciples.
For the past decade, Go Live Dare has been equipping leaders, mobilizing teens and gospelizing nations – seeing ordinary believers become extraordinary disciple-makers in schools, churches, and cities.

When leaders catch the vision, movements multiply. Movements rise and fall on leaders — those who see beyond events to lasting transformation. Through coaching, gatherings, and practical tools, Go Live Dare equips youth pastors and volunteers to build Gospel-advancing ministries where every teen owns their faith and shares it. We’ve been hosted by and partnered with churches including Urban Life Church, Rosebank Union Church, Every Nation (N1 City, Rosebank, Retreat, Hout Bay), Assemblies of God KwaThema, God First Church, Renew Church, Assemblies of God Amanzimtoti, Norwegian Settlers Church, and South City Church. Through these partnerships, we’ve trained and equipped thousands of students and leaders who now carry the Gospel to their cities and nations. As we mark 10 Years of Go Live Dare, we’re preparing for Lead the Cause Zambia 2026 — a gathering to celebrate, train, and send the next wave of disciple-makers.
